Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the reception, greeting, registration and necessary service of the visitors, guests, delegations, customers, partners;  make tea/coffee
  • Organize the reception and distribution of incoming calls
  • Organize reception, registration and distribution of incoming/outgoing documentation
  • Working with courier services, prepare posting
  • Provide the safety of the office documentation undergone, keep the documents of the current archive

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Intermediate English (spoken, written) - MUST HAVE
  • University Degree;
  • Administrative experience (as an Receptionist at least 1 year in International company;
  • Experienced PC user (MS Excel, Word) - MUST HAVE;
  • Self-disciplined, organized & responsible person;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, active team player;
  • Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation.

Sales administrator / Специалист отдела продаж

Responsibilities:

We are looking for active, curious and open-minded people, people who would like to go deeply in automotive field, to work with a team of professionals, to reach goals and to receive a valuable experience during work with famous Japanese brand.

Job duties:

  • To trace and process customer delivery orders;
  • To trace production order placement onto the production sites located in and out of the RF;
  • To implement order analysis on basis of middle and long term forecast to be provided by the customers;
  • To prepare all necessary documents upon the instructions by the direct managers;
  • To communicate with the customers for delivering and receiving requests;
  • To execute necessary reports;
  • To assist in sales activities: аassistance in carrying out the events directed to the increase of the sales: dealer conference, ice tests, exhibition (MIAS), other auto sports and marketing events on the territory of the RF;
  • To ensure other tasks of Managers concerning to the position;
  • To follow established corporate policies (J-SOX).
